Tomahawk #113 (On Sale: September 7, 1967) has a pretty damn good Bob Brown cover.Inside we have "The Mad Miser of Carlisle Castle" by the unusual art team of penciller Irv Novick and inker Bob Brown, two guys who would soon be trading off Batman stories in Batman and Detective.
The back-up story is "The League of Tomahawk Haters" which is a reprint from Tomahawk #54 and is drawn by Fred Ray.
