G.I. Combat #134 (On Sale: December 12, 1968) has a Haunted tank cover by Joe Kubert.

We begin with The Haunted Tank in "Desert Holocaust" by Robert Kanigher, Ross Andru and Mike Esposito. This story was reprinted in Showcase Presents: Haunted Tank Vol. 2 TPB.
