Khary Randolph finishing up Starborn #1!

Last night on Twitter, that dude Khary (like "Atari") Randolph announced that he was finishing up the art on Starborn, but I was like... "What's Starborn?"so, being the kinda guy I am, I went on the hunt for information... Of course, I found that the interwebs were already buzzing about Starborn, the ongoing sci-fi book Khary's drawing for legendary scribe Stan Lee.

Stan created all the characters for the series, but the book is written by Chris Roberson (iZombie) and the first issue will have variant covers by Gene Ha (Top Ten) and Humberto Ramos (Spiderman, Crimson). Here's the sales pitch
STAN LEE’S STARBORN tells the story of a regular guy who discovers he’s the heir to an intergalactic empire, putting him at the center of a war between five alien races.
“This powerhouse team-up of acclaimed sci-fi writer Chris Roberson and comic book visionary Stan Lee make STARBORN a thrilling space epic like nothing before seen in comics! Fans can’t imagine the surprises STARBORN has in store.” said BOOM! Studios Marketing Director Chip Mosher. “Combine the already sensational writing with the kinetic art of Khary Randolph you’ve got a story that moves worlds! Fans need to be sure to demand this book.”
